We use a vast array of software programs and website platforms including but not limited to: WIX, Chime, Buildium, Excel, Word, Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Multiple Listing Service, ShowingTime, E-signature programs. You don’t need to know how to use them all, but must be receptive to learning!

  • Detail oriented - We juggle a lot of balls around here. Our business covers everything from Real Estate, to Property Management, to Construction & Rehabilitation services, to our awesome new CoWorking Space! We need someone forward thinking who is proactive in taking action and not reactive to respond.

  • A Go-Getter who works well independently and with a team.

  • Good at trouble-shooting - you never know what is going to cross our paths - having the ability to figure things out and not being afraid to do so is where you’ll thrive here with us

  • Scheduling appointments & performing site tours

  • General communication with our customers - Answering phone calls, emailing, chatting, social media correspondence, screening & converting leads

  • Assist with bookings, networking events and event planning

  • Overseeing contract uploads & data entry

  • Using automation and follow up practices to nurture leads from our sales pipelines - Buyers, Sellers, Lessees & Members

  • Assistance in gathering content for social media planning

  • Basic oversight of office - keeping inventory, restocking, supplies, plant watering, daily upkeep - ordering supplies as needed

  • Generation and oversight of collection of invoicing for all services rendered

  • Helping to prepare contracts - gathering data & researching

  • Oversight of our property management clients 

  • Assisting in growth of each facet of business- Real Estate, CoWorking, & Property Management

  • Base Pay + Opportunities for Commissions/Bonuses

    • Pay: $16-19/hr + Commissions

    • Commission opportunities for lead conversions, leasing, and closings

  • Benefits:

    • Paid Holidays & Vacation Accrual

  • Schedule:

    • Day shift - 9am-4pm

    • Monday to Friday

  • Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Work Location: 2 Guy Park Ave. Amsterdam, NY 

  • Experience:

    • Customer service (Preferred)

    • Strong Phone Skills

    • Advanced Computer Skills

    • Sales Experience a plus
